Yoga Nidra

This yoga nidra series will help bring you into a deeper state of peace, relaxation, and improved sleep. Translated as Yogic Sleep, these practices will take you to a meditative state that lies between wakefulness and sleep. As you lay in a resting state of relaxation your mental chatter begins to reduce and your mind calms into a state where you can access your deeper sub sconsious and unconscious mind. May these practices help you gain deeper insight and awareness to your true nature and help heal the body, mind, and spirit.
