Just what I needed this morning. A low key feel good total body stretch. My shoulder felt a little tweaked before class, but with Rudy’s careful instruction it’s actually better now!

Thank you Mike, I could give this class 10 stars. You've put together an amazing flow of stretches, strength and balance. At the end, I felt strong, calm and an aching hip was pain free! Thank you.
