Gentle | Power Yoga



Are you sensing tension in different areas of your body? Looking to stretch and open up your body in new ways? Thinking about trying yoga for lower body flexibility?

The Gentle Flow series explores everything from hip openers, upper body stretches, lower body strengthening poses, and more to relieve and release your body of any tightness. Experience unique kneeling sequences or opt for passive stretches with a couple of strong moments.

These classes focus on bringing attention to your:

  • Knees
  • Hips
  • Hamstrings
  • Spine

You will have the opportunity to dive in deep using simple and gentle approaches to accessing every nook and cranny of your body! Expect a very complete and approachable practice that gives you the yoga experience you're looking for with less physical effort.

These are great classes for your ongoing yoga practice or to help reignite your yoga practice or when dealing with physical issues they may prevent a more vigorous yoga practice. These can be practiced daily if desired for as long as you would like.
