Highly recommended! This session would be valuable for anyone who has a history of taxing neck and shoulder activity that engage the shoulders and neck including: desk/computer work, yoga, spinning, most sports, weight lifting, jumping rope, travel lugging a backpack and bags, long hours of cooking, etc. I will practice this routine a few times a week as a supplement. My shoulders and neck have never felt more loose. Thank you!
