Great class! This was just what I needed to stretch my legs and hips and release some tension/stress. I chuckled to myself a bit during the class though. Bryan's deep breaths/moans reminded me of the Friends episode where Phoebe says she can't give Monica massages anymore :)

If you have never practiced Yin before this might be the gateway to a new path. Forget the time, close your eyes, listen and breathe. Don’t do anything but breathe and let your body sink in the poses by relaxing and releasing. You can get places you never thought possible not by pushing but by releasing. Bryan is an amazing guide.
