About This Class

This 65-minute flow is built around one core principle: breathing deeply and freely as the true "meat and potatoes" of practice. Beginning in child's pose, the class moves through down dog, cobra, plank, and a progressive series of arm-balance hybrids (baby arm balance, awkward airplane, three-legged dog variations) that challenge strength and balance on both sides. Standing sequences layer in forward folds, single-leg balances, standing spinal twists, and warrior-like leg lifts before transitioning to the floor for bow pose, happy baby, wide-legged supine stretches, core work (boat-style leg lowers), plow, and shoulder stand. The class closes with supine spinal twists and a long savasana. Throughout, Bryan consistently cues students to move to their own comfortable degree, discard suggestions that don't feel right, and let the breath guide intensity — making the practice simultaneously dynamic and deeply restorative. It suits anyone looking to move through the whole body at lunchtime, decompress the spine, build functional balance and mobility, and finish feeling calm and settled.

A lazy afternoon but not a lazy flow. Haven’t balanced in a while – felt really good to go there.

Not a bad practice but I would not characterize as a flow. Good strength and balance holds.
