One of my Bryan favorites! I always modify pushups, side planks and long down dog holds but even with modifications this is a long, strong, sweaty class - amazing! Don't be alarmed by the length: after floor stretches, bridge pose, short abs and inversion, the Gratitude Meditation starts at the 1hr 33 minute mark. Enjoy!
