Tai Chi – Lesson: 7 Ward Off, Roll Back, Press Push (one side)

This is the most intricate movement patterns of the form and brings into play all the principles and elements of Tai Chi play, that we've been working with, into effect. This is one of the original corner stones of all Tai Chi movement flows and is a deep and significant practice all of its own. Warming up with a self medicinal body loosening practice that serves as way to literally shake illness out of the body as well as get loose and ready to move in a more relaxed or ʼopenʼ state.
