With arms, legs and waist working in unison to bring the body into balance and poise. Warming up with a simple Silk Reeling exercise to build that Chi whilst guiding a profound principle of Tai chi to take into all of your movements. We workout at the end with a waist buster to work those obliques into oblivion if you so choose. You can push yourself at your own level to build some powerful torque energy over time with this simple yet challenging twisting set.
