About This Class
This 65-minute spot yoga flow class by Bryan Kest is built around the concept of practicing entirely in one place on the mat, making it ideal for tight spaces and deeply focused practice. Bryan guides students through a progressive arc: beginning in child's pose and downward dog to warm the body gently, moving into a flowing sun-salutation-style sequence (plank, cobra, down dog) repeated several times to build heat. The class then transitions into a rich standing balance sequence on each side — including three-legged dog, warrior-inspired hip openers, standing twists, tree pose, and extended hand-to-big-toe variations — before dropping into squatting arm balances (tripod headstand and crow/elbow balance). Floor work includes seated forward folds, boat pose variations, navasana with twists, happy baby, legs-up/plow pose, shoulder stand, and a closing supine twist and savasana. Throughout, Bryan's central teaching is moderation and body-listening over performance: he consistently invites students to find their personal "sweet spot," discourages ego-driven pushing, and returns again and again to deep nasal breathing as the anchor of both physical and mental practice. The class suits anyone seeking a comprehensive full-body mobility and strength session that is equally a mindfulness and stress-relief practice.

I love this class. A little of everything served with a dose of humor and moderation.

A well balanced practice with leg balance, squats, stretching and a little core work. True to Bryan’s walking pace which I find perfect. Thank you Bryan!!
