About This Class
This class opens gently in child's pose and builds into a rich, full-body flow centered on one foundational principle: maintaining deep, free breathing throughout every pose and transition. Bryan guides students through down dog warm-ups, a repeating six-movement vinyasa (standing forward fold, plank, cobra, down dog), and layered standing sequences on both sides featuring crescent lunge, hero pose (Warrior I variation), extended triangle, balancing lunge, and a bound/clasped variation with a core lunge (crunch). Backbody strengthening includes cobra repeated five times, locust arms-and-legs lifts, and bow pose (dhanurasana). The floor sequence closes with reclined figure-four hip openers (double pigeon / fire log variation), butterfly/bound angle forward fold, supine core work (leg lowers, scissors), and spinal twists before a long, mindfulness-focused savasana. Throughout, Bryan consistently encourages students to personalise intensity, exit early, use modifications (blocks, fists, knee-down options), and listen to their own body over external cues. The meditative closing emphasises presence, breath attention, and the cultivation of a quiet mind.

Loved this class. The perfect balance of strength and deep relaxation in the stretches. Thank-you so much Bryan. This was just what I needed. I’m so grateful!
