About This Class
This energizing yet grounded flow class wastes no time getting into the body, opening with Downward Dog and a series of plank-to-Dog transitions before moving through lunges, Locust, and Cobra to warm up the spine and back body. The standing sequence builds through Warrior Two, Extended Side Angle, Triangle, and Half Moon on both sides, developing strength, balance, and hip mobility. A dedicated core section features Boat Pose variations — including lateral twists and low-boat holds — that challenge the obliques and deep abdominals. Hip flexor and quad stretching is addressed through deep low-lunge variations with a quad grab, while lizard-style hip-opener holds target the groin and inner hips. The class closes with Chair Pose, figure-four hip openers, a wide-legged forward fold with inner-thigh pressure, Bridge Pose, supine twists, and Supta Baddha Konasana leading into Savasana. Throughout, the instructor emphasizes smooth, steady breath over speed or depth, making the practice feel complete despite its shorter duration.

The title is fitting! I do this class at least once a week, whenever I need a quick fix. Thanks Steve!

Steve is such a great, solid teacher. This short, well-rounded practice does not disappoint. Thank you Steve. Namaste.
