About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this 70-minute Vinyasa flow with a distinctly mindful, unhurried spirit — constantly reminding students that breath, calmness, and presence are the true substance of the practice. The class opens in child's pose with deep breathing and meditation framing, then builds through repeated down-dog-to-standing forward fold sequences (with cobra, plank, and locust variations layered in). Standing balance work includes one-legged airplane, a dynamic standing half-lotus sequence with deep hip and quad engagement, and tree-like foot-on-thigh balance. Floor work features baddha konasana (bound angle), cow-face-arm shoulder stretches, seated neck stretches, and supine spinal twists before a long savasana with guided gratitude meditation. Throughout, Bryan encourages students to personalize depth and pacing, skip or modify anything, and use every exhale to soften. The result is a full-body class that touches the spine, hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and chest without a single lunge — thorough, grounding, and meditative despite its dynamic structure.

Wow five stars for sure! No lunges but lots of sweetness and some unique poses that weren’t too killer. Been practicing with you Bryan for almost 18 years! Thank you!
