About This Class

Bryan Kest guides this 72-minute dynamic flow with a philosophy of calibrated effort — never too hard, never too soft. The class opens in child's pose and down dog to establish deep nasal breathing and present-moment focus before building through a repeating standing sequence that includes forward folds, cobra, crescent lunge, warrior-based twists, and a rich variety of balance poses (warrior III-style airplane, standing splits preparation, Bruce Lee Asana/standing leg extensions, figure-four balance, and single-leg squat balancing on the metatarsals). Hip-opening low lunge elbow variations and revolved crescent lunge deepen the work mid-class. The floor sequence includes seated spinal twists, supine figure-four, and supine spinal twists before a long savasana with a gratitude meditation option. Throughout, Bryan frames the breath as the true boundary — if you can't breathe smoothly, you back off — making the class deeply accessible while remaining physically substantial. The instructor explicitly accommodates wrist sensitivity (fist modification in plank) and offers consistent modifications for every level.
