About This Class

This expansive dynamic flow class functions as an extended warm-up series, methodically layering movement complexity while keeping breath and mindfulness at the center. Bryan opens with child's pose and down dog, then drills a six-movement foundational flow — standing forward fold, flat-back lift, plank, cobra, and down dog — repeating and refining it until it becomes a "sensuous, healing flow like a yoga version of Tai Chi." The sequence then expands to include squat-to-side-bend transitions, low lunge with arm reach, core twists in lunge, dolphin pose, balancing poses (hand-to-big-toe, warrior-style airplane/Virabhadrasana III variations), twisting triangle, toe-balance squat, bow pose (dhanurasana), plow, shoulder stand, and deep hip-opener supine stretches with spinal twists to close. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes personal degree of effort, non-competitive mindfulness, nasal breathing, and calmness as a boundary. The class is framed as accessible to all levels — every pose can be modified — while still delivering a full-body, strength-and-flexibility challenge for experienced practitioners. The session ends in savasana with an invitation to rest in the stillness earned through effort.

This definitely an all-time favorite. Stamina, strength, and some sweet sweet stretching. Heavily focused on legs!
