About This Class

Bryan Kest leads a full-length dynamic flow class that opens with conscious breathwork and a mindfulness foundation before moving through progressive warm-up cycles of Down Dog, Cobra, Locust, Bow, and standing flows. The sequences build through Crescent Lunge, Warrior One, Triangle, Twisting Triangle, and a series of creative arm-balance-adjacent transitions — including a novel knee-to-elbow cross-body movement Bryan calls out as something he may be teaching for the first time. Floor work features Sphinx pose with lumbar traction, quad stretches, deep thoracic twists (thread-the-needle style), and a fish-pose variation with hand support. The class closes with a lengthy seated and supine meditation centred on gratitude and compassion, followed by Savasana. Throughout, Bryan consistently frames the practice around gentleness, self-awareness, non-competition, and treating yoga as meditation — prioritising how the practice feels over how it looks.
