About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a long, methodically built flow that leaves no part of the body untouched. The class opens with foundational breathwork — deep, free, audible breathing is framed as the single most important thread running through everything — before moving into downward dog, cobra progressions, and a repeating sun-salutation-style flow. From there the sequence escalates into one-armed down dog, twisted down dog, and dynamic single-leg balances (airplane, bent-knee balancing, warrior-like standing sequences with twisting) on both sides, interspersed with push-up/plank-based upper-body strengthening. Back-body opening comes through locust, bow pose, and multiple cobra holds. Standing side-body stretches, chair pose, and tip-toe balance challenge the legs and core further. The floor sequence includes wide-legged forward folds, supine core work (leg raises, scissors), plow, and shoulder stand. The class closes with a seated gratitude meditation and a long savasana. Bryan consistently frames the practice as personal, healing, and moderation-based — encouraging students to back off to a "sweet degree" rather than push aggressively, and explicitly welcoming modifications and breaks throughout.

Love this flow! Dolphin, strong arm and single leg balancing, with a little awkward airplane.
