About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this rich, wide-ranging flow that lives up to its name — "Multiplicity of Movement" — by touching virtually every joint, muscle, and range of motion in the body. The practice opens gently in Down Dog and a deep squat before building through standing balances (Warrior One, Warrior Three / airplane, crescent lunge, triangle, and revolving triangle), challenging forearm-plank and side-plank sequences, Dolphin Pose, and layered hip-opening lunges with twists. Throughout, Bryan frames every pose as a personal invitation rather than a prescription, repeatedly encouraging students to back off, skip, or modify. The back half moves into wide-legged forward folds, a shoulderstand / plow sequence, a supported backbend, and supine hip-opener twists before settling into seated meditation centred on gratitude and a long Savasana. Deep, free breathing is the constant thread — positioned not just as a physical tool but as the gateway to presence and calm that practitioners can carry off the mat.

Love love the no vinyasa warm ups! This class flows seamlessly from the very first downdog pose to the very last gratitude pose. A bit challenging, but that’s why we come to yoga right??!!
