About This Class
This 69-minute gentle class blends Yin sensibility with a slow, mindful flow, spending the majority of time on the floor working through a carefully sequenced series of supine spinal twists, deep hip stretches (including figure-four, reclined splits, and happy baby variations), hamstring lengthening, shoulder stand, and a backside-of-the-body sequence. Standing moments include camel pose, chair pose, down dog with variations, a brief forward fold with arm bind, and side stretches. The instructor weaves in sustained meditation guidance throughout — inviting students to watch the space between thoughts and return attention to the breath — framing the practice as an antidote to stress and mental noise. Gentleness, moderation, and non-comparison are central themes. The class closes with a reclined resting pose and an extended savasana invitation.

No danger here Will Robinson! Just a sweet set of stretches with a tiny bit of ‘bang’ at the end. My hips and legs feel amazing and my mind is rested. Thank you Bryan!

I would not normally choose this type of class but it turns out to be exactly what I needed.
