About This Class

This class opens with a deliberate invitation to slow down, get quiet, and treat the practice as a healing ritual — Bryan repeatedly cues students to "touch yourself everywhere with love and care." From child's pose and down dog, the sequence builds through a methodical full-body flow that hits every major region: a prolonged five-minute down dog broken into five creative variations (twists, one-armed holds, hand-behind-back shoulder stretches, and forearm dog), three-legged dog knee-to-elbow core work, deep low lunges and pigeon-adjacent hip openers, a standing balance series (airplane, Bruce Lee asana/warrior III, crescent lunge, hero/warrior II, triangle, extended triangle, bent-knee balance), cobra and locust backbend progressions, bow pose, and a supine core series followed by spinal twists in savasana. Deep diaphragmatic breathing is framed as the "hallmark of a power yoga class" and the primary vehicle for relaxation and healing. Props and modifications are offered throughout, and Bryan explicitly encourages students to personalise intensity, exit early, or use a block. The cool-down moves from supine core work into reclined twists and a long, unstructured savasana, with Bryan asking students to tune into the subtle vibrations in the body — the "good vibrations" of the class title.
