About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this creative, playfully named flow through an unusually rich sequence of hip-opening, spinal-mobilizing, and strength-building poses. The class opens in child's pose with an emphasis on deep nasal breathing and present-moment focus before moving into downward facing dog, cobra, and plank-based vinyasa rounds to build heat. A signature five-minute downward dog section incorporates twists, single-arm variations, dolphin pose, and shoulder stretches to thoroughly work the upper body. Standing sequences include low lunges with side-body reaches and core crunch variations, warrior one, triangle-inspired poses with shoulder wraps, and wide-leg forward folds with lateral crawls. The class's centerpiece is a detailed, carefully coached frog pose—an intense groin and hip-floor opener performed on the forearms—followed by a kneeling camel pose sequence for a deep front-body and spinal backbend. The floor cool-down includes a plow/shoulder-stand transition, supine spinal twists, and a knees-to-chest compression before a long, guided savasana with explicit instruction to let the breath become natural and the mind settle. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes sensual quality over quantity, breath synchronization with movement, and self-compassion, framing the practice as the ultimate path to stress relief and wellness.

Perfect in every way. My husband and I enjoyed this flow on Christmas Day. Very mindful and touches the running muscles well.

Sweet! Definitely a unique class but also very mellow and nice. Except for those cry-angles! 😉 Many thanks Bryan! So grateful for your site!

I can see why this one is in the popular vids. Nice whole rounded practice. I have very very tight hips so my froggie is a bit “tight” but had a lot of fun trying. Thanks again for this avenue to practice.
