About This Class

Bryan Kest leads a 64-minute flow class that is as much a philosophy lesson as a physical practice. Starting in child's pose to establish a calm, deep breath, the class progresses through down dog warm-ups, cobra variations, standing forward folds, crescent lunges, warrior sequences, and single-leg balancing poses — including a distinctive wrap-and-clasp balance, a hook-toe leg extension, and a standing spinal twist — before transitioning to the floor for wide-leg seated forward folds, a gentle core series, supine twists, and a closing gratitude meditation. Throughout, Bryan consistently returns to two anchoring themes: keeping the breath deep and free as a proxy for a balanced, stress-free mind, and approaching every pose with humility and sensuality — tuning in to sensation rather than pushing into extremes. Elbow balance and tripod headstand are offered as optional explorations. The class closes with seated stillness and a guided meditation on gratitude, naturalizing the breath and cultivating inner calm.
