About This Class

This class opens in Child's Pose with settling breathwork before building through progressive rounds of Sun Salutation-based flows — moving from slow and deliberate to faster, more dynamic repetitions. The standing sequence layers in Crescent Lunge, Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, Triangle, Half Moon, and the challenging Chapasana, along with creative balance variations including Warrior Three with interlaced hands, Floating Pigeon with a twist, Standing Split transitions, and Side Plank variations. A wrist-opening forward fold and hop-switch plyometric drills add further novelty. The floor series features Janu Sirsasana, hand-to-big-toe leg extensions with twists, Boat Pose with oblique twists, and Upward Facing Plank before unwinding into reclining spinal twists and Shavasana. Throughout, Travis frames the practice as a meditation in motion — emphasising equanimity, breath rhythm (Ujjayi and Lion's Breath), pranayama with counted inhale-hold-exhale cycles, and the transformative power of consistent effort. The class suits practitioners looking to build full-body strength, improve balance and flexibility, and cultivate a focused, resilient mind.
