About This Class

Travis Eliot leads this sweaty, expansive flow through a carefully structured arc: a meditative Child's Pose opening centered on Ujjayi breath, progressive Sun Salutation rounds that introduce Chaturanga Dandasana and Upward Dog, then a rich standing sequence featuring Warrior One, Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle with a bind, Humble Warrior, Triangle, Twisting Triangle, Half Moon, and Twisting Half Moon. Balance challenges weave throughout — Warrior Three/Airplane, One-Legged Chair, and Three-Legged Dog core flows — before the class moves to the floor for Forearm Plank with knee-to-tricep work, Sphinx, Seal, quad-stretching Camel variations, Cat-Cow, and a Seated Forward Fold. The closing sequence includes a core Vinyasa boat-style twist, Supine Figure-Four/Thread-the-Needle, Happy Baby, Plow, Shoulder Stand, Supine Spinal Twists, and a long Savasana. Travis frames the practice as both athletic and meditative — "inner size" alongside exercise — emphasizing breath as the true foundation, finding steadiness within discomfort, and moving from a place of awareness and integrity.

You can’t go wrong with a Travis flow! This one has a nice pace, nice variety, challenging and sweaty but totally accessible. Another favorite – thank you!
