About This Class
This class opens with an extended grounding in child's pose, using breath retention and intentional awareness to anchor the mind before moving into a progressive flow. The standing sequences build through sun salutation variations, crescent pose, Warrior One, Warrior Two, reverse Warrior, and half moon, with repeated twisting actions (chair twist, low lunge twist, revolving variations) that target the spine and side body. Hip-opening work is layered throughout — low lunges with quad stretches, yogi squat, thread the needle, and happy baby — while balancing challenges like third warrior and half moon develop focus and single-leg stability. A floor backbend series (locust, bow, sphinx) actively strengthens the back body, followed by forearm plank and dolphin for core and shoulder endurance. The closing sequence moves through shoulder stand, plow, supine twists, and a long Savasana with gratitude meditation. Tracey consistently invites self-inquiry, breath anchoring, and non-attachment throughout, framing the physical practice as a vehicle for cultivating inner calm and present-moment awareness. Props such as blocks are offered as alternatives throughout, and modifications are cued for wrists, knees, and neck sensitivities.

Some weird transitions that kind of killed the flow. But hit all the major poses and good stretch at the end.

A beautiful seamless flow from start to finish. I completely lost track of time during this practice. Wonderful.
