About This Class

Travis Eliot guides a full-body, breath-led vinyasa flow built around the theme of "electrifying" and freeing the spine. The class opens in Child's Pose and Tabletop to settle the mind and warm the joints, then progresses through multiple rounds of Sun Salutations that gradually accelerate to build heat and open the breath. A dynamic standing series weaves together Crescent Pose, Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle, and Twisting Half Moon, with one-legged balancing variations of Warrior Three. Floor work includes Sphinx Pose, Salabhasana, quad stretches, Forearm Plank with knee-to-tricep core work, Twisting Cobra, and Shoulder Stand/Plow. The practice winds down with Half Cow (seated hip-folding), Reclining Spinal Twist, and Shavasana. Throughout, Travis emphasizes fluid breath as the primary driver of movement, encourages modification at every stage, and frames the practice as a moving meditation that purifies stress, restores balance, and reclaims inner power.

Really beautiful meditation in movement. A little challenging in places due to lower back issues, but for most practitioners, a very lovely flow. I felt so open in my vinyasa after the first standing sequence. Yoga magic.

Lovely practice and that Yogi squat after all the standing poses? Absolute total bliss and release. Haha! Just perfect.

It really IS the perfect 1-hr class, with lots of variety! So much so that I wished it kept going: perfect mix of strength, balance and cardio, all very approachable. The perfect choice for when you can’t quite squeeze in one of Travis’ longer practices. Thank you!

This is my favorite kind of practice–really the perfect 60. A good combination of strength, balance, a little cardio. It prepares me well for Shavasana.

Wonderful full body work out while centering the mind. Especially good for those of us who sit in front of computers all day. Really opens the chest.
