About This Class

This exhilarating 90-minute flow with Travis Eliot is a full-body journey designed to electrify every cell while cultivating inner stillness. The class opens in Child's Pose with breath-setting and mindfulness cues, then builds through two progressive warm-up series featuring Tabletop balances, Cobra, Salabhasana, and multiple Down Dog Vinyasa cycles. The standing sequence is the heart of the class: repeated Warrior One, Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, and a "Bruce Lee" Warrior Two variation are layered with Crescent Pose, Warrior Three, Dancer's Pose (King Dancer), Chapasana, and Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon). Plyometric hop-switches and one-legged Chaturangas inject athletic intensity. A creative kneeling series explores lateral side stretches and floor balancing. Core work includes boat pose with dynamic leg and chest lowering, cross-body knee-to-tricep planks, and Chair Twists with floating balance extensions. The class winds down through Crow Pose, Plow, Shoulder Stand, double seated pigeon (Fire Log) on both sides, seated forward fold, supine spinal twists, and Savasana. Travis frames every challenging moment as an opportunity to meet adversity with equanimity, repeatedly returning to breath, presence, and self-compassion as anchors throughout the vigorous practice.

Creative hard fun – about 60 min solid flow – with gentle cool down.

I love Travis’s creativity and flows but, he talks too much. I find myself getting angry when I take his classes. I love his urban flow classes where he just calls the postures. I wish he had longer classes where he just calls the postures.
