About This Class
This energizing flow class with Travis Eliot opens in Child's Pose to settle the mind before building progressively through tabletop warm-ups, multiple rounds of Surya Namaskar-style vinyasa, and core-igniting knee-to-tricep plank variations. The standing sequence is rich and layered, featuring Crescent Pose with side bends and backbend exploration, Airplane, Standing Split, Chair Pose, and an extended balance series that moves through leg extensions, external hip opening, and a bound variation before cycling back through Warrior Three and Crescent. Upper-body strength is developed through Chaturanga, Upward Dog, Cobra, and stacked-foot push-up variations, while Half Bow Pose and one-armed Down Dog add creativity and edge. The class closes with double seated pigeon on both sides, a gentle reclining spinal twist, and Shavasana. Throughout, Travis weaves mindfulness philosophy — using the breath as an anchor, embracing challenge as growth, and tuning into inner intuition — making this as much a mental practice as a physical one.

Amazing Cardio flow…wonderful practice to stay connected to the breath and to humility as the heartbeat moved ever faster!

This was such a rich practice. I was so impressed with how active and yet Travis found time to make all the connections between yoga and life off of the mat. Thanks so much!

Intense AF! Once standing series are finished, you’re home free. Rest of class is short.

Strong flow with plenty of Travis’ signature 4-arm planks. Less cardio than some of his other 60 minute practices. Prepares you for rest, that’s for sure.
