About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this expansive flow class through a vast repertoire of Downward Dog variations — one-handed, one-legged, combined, and twisting — used as the connective thread linking standing balances, crescent lunges, core work, and deep hip and hamstring openers. The class opens with Child's Pose and nasal breath work to quiet the mind, then progresses through a rehearsed warm-up series (Cobra, Plank, Forward Fold, standing rises) before building into a full flow. Signature sequences include airplane pose, extended hand-to-big-toe balance, Warrior-style lunge sinks, core twists, side plank, bow-pose variations on the belly, a supine wide-leg stretch, shoulder stand (Sarvangasana), plow, and a seated forward fold. Bryan consistently emphasises personal degree, self-listening, and breath over aesthetics or comparison. The class concludes with a guided gratitude meditation, supine twists, knee-to-chest release, and a long Savasana — making it a genuinely full-body, full-mind practice suited to a wide range of levels.
