About This Class
This full-body flow class opens in Child's Pose and builds through multiple rounds of sun salutations before branching into an inventive upper-body arm-balancing sequence (featuring twisted down dog, flipped dog/wild thing, and knee-to-elbow transitions) and a lower-body leg-balancing sequence (crescent lunge, Warrior One, standing splits, airplane, half moon, and standing bow variations). The middle section transitions to the floor for seated bound-angle, boat pose, a butt-balance bow-and-arrow sequence, and a wide-legged forward fold. The class then moves into plow, shoulder stand, supine twists, and a rocking roll-up before settling into a seated gratitude meditation and Savasana. Throughout, Bryan emphasises finding a personal "sweet spot" — never forcing, always breathing deep and free — making the class simultaneously vigorous and introspective. The instructor's repeated cues around breath synchronisation, non-aggression, and self-compassion give the practice a mindful, almost philosophical undercurrent despite its physical intensity.

perfect class. I love learning that whatever the mind wants to share of my experience…like you talking about dog barking …thats all i could hear was ‘dog barking’ Its like the job of the mind is the same job of the news media….” this is what i need you to pay attention to right now” . the only difference is that the news tells me how I am supposed to think about the “dog barking” instead of allowing the experience to be neutral , which is what you tried to have us work on, Bryan. . Its all so fascinating how our minds is so easily manipulated. Insanely fascinating/ Namaste

A fast tempo, strong flow integrating effective, challenging, and nourishing movements for a sweet, complete practice. With three-legged doggies; leg balancing; bum balancing; sirsasana; and a gratitude meditation, this gets a spot among my favorites when I want some rigorous movement and a chance to practice staying calm. Special thanks to Dani for giving me the opportunity me to stay calm through the vicissitudes. Namaste, dear ones.

Loved the story of the prisoner who misses dog barks. It was a pleasure to have the sweet sound of your dog during this awesome class!

Like Bryan says “I ain’t f’n doing that, Bryan” – the arm balancing is way too early IMO at like 14 mins in – if it’s my second session of the day I follow along, otherwise I end up not finishing the session, I drift off if it’s the first session of the day, wrists etc all too intense in your generally easy sequences (oftentimes very gentle / too easy) it stands out and doesn’t fit, for me anyway it’s just too early. Nothing but love and respect. Thank you Yogi
