About This Class

This wide-ranging power yoga flow lives up to its "covering the gamut" title by guiding practitioners through virtually every category of movement: foundational breathwork and Downward Facing Dog, warming cobra and locust variations, a flowing sun-salutation-style sequence, arm balances, one-legged standing balances (airplane, bent-knee balancing), runner's lunge, crescent lunge with twist variations, Hanumanasana (splits), core leg-lowering work, supine twists, and a practitioner-choice forward fold. Throughout, the instructor consistently frames the practice around gentleness, self-inquiry, and breathing as the primary tool for presence and calm. The session builds substantial heat and engages the hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, and core deeply before winding down through spinal rolls, Savasana, and an extended gratitude meditation designed to cultivate a benevolent mind state.
