Yulia, on the Building Basics into Dynamics class.
I always love Byron's classes and I chose this class as there was a review that mentioned that there are not to many planks. This is a strength based practice - planks/DD/ forearm planks are heavy in this class - not what I wanted today. I had to modify and skip a lot. However, the pace is unhurried and the sequence is as always intelligent without being overwhelming. But this is a strong 90 minute practice.

SK, on the Building Basics into Dynamics class.
Not as "high octane" as some of Byron's 90 minutes sweat fests but definitely strong and satisfying, with his signature interesting sequences. Perfect for a day when you don't feel like doing that many planks:) Thank you!
