About This Class

Desiree guides students through an accessible, bed-friendly morning sequence that requires no props and never leaves the floor (or mattress). The class opens with a full-body stretch and Apanasana to release the quadratus lumborum, then moves through supine twists, single-leg knee draws, and a three-part breath to tune into the body. A progressive bridge series wakes up the psoas and glutes, while deliberate knee and ankle articulations encourage synovial fluid flow. Happy baby and a figure-four hip stretch open the outer hips, and a short core sequence with hovering leg extensions builds gentle heat. The class closes with banana pose for a lateral side-body stretch, a seated cross-legged roll-up, shoulder rolls, neck stretches, and a final three-part breath — leaving practitioners ready to take on the day.
