Start with some seated stretches, then get into core work, with sphinx as the counter pose. Deep hip-opening lunge series, with crescent moon, hanumanasana, pigeon, and seated straddle stretch. Finish with shoulder stand, supine twists, and a few minutes to let it all sink in with a brief rest and meditation.
