A Peaceful Approach (Part 3)
Start with some seated stretches, then get into core work, with sphinx as the counter pose. Deep hip-opening lunge series, with crescent moon, hanumanasana, pigeon, and seated straddle stretch. Finish with shoulder stand, supine twists, and a few minutes to let it all sink in with a brief rest and meditation.

This is 23 minutes well spent! A great break from sun salutation/cardio practices. A couple of minutes of abs/core near the start generate a little heat, and are followed by a flow of stretches. Ideal for a day when you don't have a lot of time and feel like staying close to the ground.
