About This Class

This full-length dynamic flow class opens in child's pose and builds gradually through two warm-up sequences that layer sun-salutation-style movements — down dog, cobra, plank, forward fold, chair pose — before introducing crescent lunge, twisting lunge, standing one-leg balance (airplane), bent-knee balance, and deep hip-flexor/quad stretching in low lunge and pigeon-style postures. Both sides are worked symmetrically. The instructor weaves in single-arm down dog variations, knee-to-elbow core work, and a brief push-up (chaturanga) element throughout. The class closes on the back with supine twists and a knees-to-chest squeeze before a final savasana. Bryan's signature teaching style encourages each student to move at their own pace, treat every pose as a discovery, and prioritize the quality and depth of the breath over the depth of the pose — framing the entire practice as a moving meditation and a massage rather than a workout. The result is a class that builds meaningful heat and cardio without ever feeling punishing, and that leaves practitioners quiet, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Liked the pace and the challenge and always like the balancing poses and prayer twist

I don’t know if it’s what I smoked before class, or what Bryan did, but the syncopation of the movements with his guidance really touched a sweet spot!

    Beautiful as always!!

I love these stretching practices. With the frost leaving the ground and the ice melting into the lake, the garden is starting up. I love my practices to give my body some love for all the work it does in the garden. Thank you.
