About This Class
This 28-minute flow with Bryan Kest is designed to fit a full-body yoga practice into a tight schedule without sacrificing depth or quality. Bryan consistently cues moderation, gentleness, and breath as the guiding principles, reminding students that the body may not be fully warm and that finding the "right degree" matters more than going as far as possible. The class opens with Down Dog and forward folds, progresses through Cobra variations, standing side bends, and a flowing sequence of leg lifts, crescent lunges, and half-moon-style hip openers. The middle section moves through deep hip-opening low lunge and lizard-style poses, crescent lunge backbends, and balanced airplane variations. A floor sequence follows with Bow Pose, locust-style holds, and a shoulder-stand/plow progression. The class closes on the floor with Bound Angle, boat-pose balancing, supine twists, and a knees-to-chest wind-down before Savasana. Props like a block are mentioned as optional. The tone is warm, encouraging, and introspective, making this class equally suitable for busy mornings or a midday reset.
