About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this 71-minute dynamic flow through a comprehensive sequence designed to touch every joint, muscle, and connective tissue in the body. Starting in child's pose and downward facing dog, the class builds through standing balances (Warrior, crescent lunge, balancing lunge, airplane/warrior III), deep hip openers (low lunge with elbows to the floor, lizard-style), lateral side-body stretches (hero/side angle variations), spinal work (cobra, bow pose, plow/legs overhead), and core engagement before descending into supine twists and a long final savasana. Throughout, Bryan frames the practice as a "gentle stroll" through range of motion — like brushing every tooth — emphasizing nasal, deep breathing as the central anchor, self-regulation over ego-driven effort, and finding the personal sweet spot between too much and not enough. The tone is anti-competitive and humorous, making it highly accessible while still physically engaging for intermediate practitioners. Ideal for a midday reset, relief from sitting-related stiffness, tight hips and hamstrings, and cultivating calm focus under physical challenge.
