About This Class

Bryan Kest leads a wide-ranging 93-minute Yin & Yang flow that moves from a mellow supine opening on the back — including spinal twists, bridge/shoulder bridge, and reclined hip openers — through an extended floor sequence of wide-legged forward folds, seated forward bends, and deep hip stretches across the pelvic floor. The practice then builds into shoulder stand, plow-adjacent transitions, dolphin, down dog, plank, Chaturanga, cobra, sphinx/phoenix on fingertips, and locust variations. Standing work includes lunges with twists and arm reaches, warrior-inspired balancing sequences, airplane pose, karate-chop leg lifts, and standing side stretches. The class finishes with a seated boat-pose variation with spread legs, archer's bow balance, a final supine twist, and an extended Savasana anchored by a guided gratitude meditation. Throughout, Bryan frames the practice around gentleness over aggression, deep diaphragmatic breathing as the primary tool, and self-acceptance as the foundation of wellness.

Exactly what I was looking for this cold grey windy rainy Saturday morning. No vinyasa, but a sweet warm warm-up, in fact the entire 90 min is a sweet warm warm-up.

A new one to add to my “favorites of all time”. Will do this often. Perfect blend of sweet and smooth. Thank you!
