About This Class

This dynamic 65-minute flow class builds deliberately from a grounding floor warm-up — supine figure-four, leg lifts, and wide-legged seated work — through a progressive standing sequence anchored in Crescent Pose twists, Eagle Arms, Pyramid Pose, Twisting Triangle, and Twisting Half Moon. Bound side angle and bound triangle add shoulder and hip-opening depth, while Warrior One and Warrior Two create a strong foundation. Core and shoulder stability are challenged through Plank, Dolphin Plank, Dolphin Pose with leg lifts, and Side Plank with a reach-over stretch. A Malasana squat leads into Bakasana (Crane Pose) arm-balance exploration. The floor closing includes Pigeon Pose for deep hip release, Salabhasana, Dhanurasana, Virasana, Baddha Konasana, Marichasana C twists, Janu Sirsasana, and Kurmasana before Savasana. The instructor consistently frames the practice around mindful breath, energetic precision, and finding your individual alignment — making the class equally suitable for those seeking full-body mobility, spinal health, and focused presence.

Fun, perfect pace. Lovely lead through twists and turns that are often intimidating for me. Felt some space in there that I haven’t found before. Thank You!

Thank you, Dan, for another wonderful practice! Loved all the twists, binds, the way you led us into side plank…a lively pace but never rushed. So satisfying!

Thank you, Dan, I am always grateful for your gentle Spirit and clarity of guidance – each is a special gift and a “breath of fresh air”, particularly during these misguided times. Namaste.
