About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this soulful 60-minute dynamic flow through a progression that begins in Child's Pose and Down Dog before building into breath-linked sun salutation rounds featuring Cobra, Chair Pose, and Crescent Lunge. The class evolves into a challenging "Series of 10" crescent lunges with knee-to-chest pulses, single-leg balances (Warrior III / airplane variations, standing splits, and standing hip openers with karate-chop leg extensions), and Dolphin Pose. The floor sequence includes wide-legged seated forward folds with lateral walks, core work (scissor legs, boat-like holds, and full-body extensions), Plow Pose, Shoulder Stand, supine figure-four hip stretches, and spinal twists, closing in Savasana with a gratitude meditation. Throughout, Bryan frames the practice as gentle maintenance rather than transformation — urging practitioners to touch themselves with the same care one would use to wake an infant, and to let breath be the anchor through difficulty. The tone is deeply philosophical, self-compassionate, and grounding, making it equally suited to experienced practitioners seeking mindful movement and newer students learning to listen to their bodies.

Great class. So sorry about your 4 goats, what a tough week it must have been. Sending good vibes for the family. Namaste.

Dang, the man lost his goats. I guess that’s just the way it goes sometimes.

Beautiful class. Thank you so much, and especially for the reminder of letting go, and the preparation for the bigger let go. And, so sorry about your goats. That’s a tough one. Thank you thank you so much. I’m very grateful for both of you.

That flow was a lesson in leg humility:) Always humble… another challenging class to check in with the acceptance of where I’m at today! Grateful for the reminders:)
