Inconsistent instruction makes this class too haphazard. The funky poses are fun for those of us who’ve been doing yoga for a long time but I think this class leaves new or intermediate folks in a potential position to injure themselves.

I loved the class until the end. I’m sure it was good but having just signed up for a membership tonight I couldn’t see what the teacher wanted us to try…so I decided to lay on the mat and just breath. I wish I could’ve seen the end. The dimming lights are delightful but not so much for me.
