About This Class
This Bryan Kest flow class opens in child's pose with an extended focus on deepening and smoothing the breath as the foundation of meditation, then builds progressively through a warming sequence of cobra pulses, locust, plank, and down dog before moving into a rich standing and balancing series. Highlights include creative variations of three-legged dog with one hand finagled between the scapulas, airplane/warrior III balancing, bent-knee balancing, Bruce Lee Asana (standing leg extension), figure-four standing balance, and twisting down dog. The floor sequence features a wide-leg forward bend with lateral walks to each leg, a reclining twist to both sides, and a double-knee hug into a seated roll-up. The class closes with a seated gratitude meditation — framed as the highest form of yoga — and a final savasana. Throughout, Bryan consistently returns to the theme of breath awareness as focus, calmness in challenge, and finding a sensuous, personal "sweet edge" rather than forcing depth. Props and modifications (knees down, fingertips on a block) are offered freely throughout.

Definitely complete and humbling with the strength required in that standing balancing sequence. Got my ankles and feet singing a song;) Always love challenging my humility to back off. So grateful for you all!

I absolutely loved this sequence ? and was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was a gratitude meditation at the end… since you usually only include those after the longer 90+ minute ones~ Thank you, Bryan… always grateful for the practice you share ?

Loved the awesome gratefulness meditation at the end. ??. My hamstrings, glutes, shoulders are thanking you now. Great class. I love tuning in here every day. I usually can’t do the the livestream, as i live on the East Coast and 12;00 doesn’t usually work for me, but having these past livestreams are a gift to me! So, I thank you and end with I am thankful for Bryan Kest Yoga ??

Too much disconnected talking, defocussing from the session. Saying hello to individuals etc doesnt help also talking of tech team is inconsequential. More focus would be appreciated. Also the schedule is same old, same old. Could have just referred to an earlier session and called it good.
