About This Class

This dynamic flow class opens lying down with intentional breath releases and a block-assisted core warm-up, then moves through Cat-Cow, Downward Facing Dog, and a progressive standing sequence featuring wide-legged star pose, Warrior Two with flexed-wrist isometric arm work, Triangle, and Half Moon. The class builds into full vinyasa flows incorporating Crescent Pose, Humble Warrior, modified Warrior Three/standing splits, Side Plank, and Dolphin, weaving in block use throughout for stability and strength. Twisting chair poses, bound variations, Reverse Warrior, and Parsvakonasana add intensity and mobility work, while the cool-down features Sphinx, Bow Pose, Child's Pose, seated forward folds, and cross-legged hip openers before a closing Savasana with an audible exhale release. The instructor consistently frames the practice as a downshift from daily activity, encouraging breath awareness, non-attachment, and mindful attention over perfection.

Beautiful, short and complete practice. Was great for a Monday morn. I only had to add a back bend and an inversion.
