About This Class

This midday flow class opens in Child's Pose and Downward Facing Dog, using deep nasal breathing as a foundational thread throughout. The instructor guides students through repeated vinyasa sequences (Plank, Cobra, Down Dog) before moving into standing balance work including Flamingo, Standing Splits, and three-legged variations. The class then builds through a full standing series on each side — Low Lunge, Half Splits, Crescent Pose, Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, and a Revolved Side Angle twist — emphasizing opposition, core engagement, and breath-driven sensation over perfect form. A tabletop bird-dog sequence adds targeted core and balance work, followed by Forearm Plank, Dolphin, and optional arm-balance exploration. The floor-based cool-down includes Bound Angle Pose, seated Mountain, spinal twists, low Boat Pose, Bridge, optional Wheel, Happy Baby, and supine twists, before surrendering fully into Savasana and an optional seated meditation. The instructor consistently frames the breath as the vehicle of practice, weaving in philosophical reflection on awareness and the connection between body and mind.

Loved it! Very difficult, which forced me to really concentrate on my breathing.

So enjoyed this flow. I’m naming it Temitope Lite when I’m looking for a less rigorous, although still righteously comprehensive class. Keep ‘‘em coming Maestro…????????♥️~*
