About This Class

This 90-minute flow class opens with an extended child's pose breathwork meditation — including box breathing and Ujjayi — before moving through a progressive full-body sequence. The practice builds through cat-cow, down dog variations, sun-salutation-style vinyasas, and chair pose, then dives deep into a standing sequence featuring Warrior One, Warrior Two, reverse warrior, extended side angle, triangle, pyramid, twisted triangle, twisted crescent, and revolved crescent with bound variations. Core work on the back includes incremental leg-lift and crunch progressions plus a block-pass exercise. Back-bending peaks with locust and bow pose (including side-rolling bow variations). The floor sequence closes with supine twists, plow pose, shoulder stand, and a long Savasana followed by seated meditation. Throughout, the instructor consistently returns to breath as the primary teacher, frames every pose as optional, and layers in consciousness-awareness exercises (progressive muscle engagement, single-arm/leg balance variations in down dog). The overall tone is deeply compassionate, philosophically rich, and grounding, with enough heat and challenge to satisfy experienced practitioners.
