Points of Contact

Get it all in, in under 30 minutes! Then come back to earth. Work slowly, but steadily towards a sweat, flowing through chair, chair twist, standing splits, skandasana. Challenge yourself with a balance series. Burn it up with a fun, seated core work series. Balance it all out with a few backbends.
