This was everything I needed today!!! Monica nailed it - touching all the spaces in the shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings— for anyone with low back, tight hamstrings and tight shoulders - reach for this one. The 40 minutes flies by and the ending with happy cow and reclined eagle twist is like the first sip of coffee in the morning — SOOOO GOOD!
