Mon, 10/05/20 – Although there are not any one legged balancing poses in this sequence there is plenty of challenge. Without warm-ups leading us into arm balances then into a lunge sequence then a core triangle then into a spread leg sequence and ending in a deep hip stretch! Wow this is very complete.
