About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a full-length dynamic Vinyasa flow built around the classic plank–cobra–down dog connective thread, woven continuously between standing lunge sequences, hip openers, twists, and backbends. The class opens in child's pose with an extended breathing orientation that frames the entire practice as a moving meditation — quieting the mind through deep, free breath and sensitivity to sensation rather than straining for depth. From there, the sequence progresses through tabletop balancing (opposite arm and leg extensions), cobra warmups, forward folds, and multiple rounds of crescent lunge with variations including prayer twists, extended-arm "crunch" holds, Pasakonasana-style arm wraps, and deep shoulder-under-leg hip openers on both sides. Bow pose (Dhanurasana) provides a sustained backbend, and the floor sequence finishes with butterfly (bound angle), a boat-pose-inspired balance, and supine spinal twists. The practice closes with a seated gratitude meditation and Savasana. Throughout, Bryan emphasises choosing your own intensity, modifying freely (back knee down, blocks for elbows), keeping the neck soft and jaw relaxed, and treating every pose as a conversation with the body rather than a destination to force.

Love this flow, I will come back to this class when I can’t practice live.
