About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this signature slow-burn power flow that lives up to its name: the thighs, hips, and hamstrings are the undisputed stars. The class opens in child's pose with an extended focus on establishing deep, smooth, continuous breath — a thread that Bryan returns to constantly throughout. From there it builds through down dog, cobra, and a flowing sun-salutation-style sequence before diving into an elaborate standing series on each side: runner's lunge, low lunge with arm balance and side-body reach, grandma twist, warrior one, warrior one with forward fold and arm wrap, warrior two, extended side angle, triangle, and a progressively deeper hip-opening sequence culminating in a bound lizard/ankle-grab pose. Upper-body strength is woven in via three-legged dog push-ups (knee-to-elbow) and multiple plank-to-chaturanga lowering sequences. The floor cool-down features seated forward fold, supine figure-four hip stretches (reclined pigeon), and spinal twists. Bryan's coaching philosophy of "hyper-gentleness," moderation, and breath-as-the-practice permeates every cue, making this simultaneously challenging and deeply mindful.

wonder why there are no poses named after Millie? great flow. good to not watch/listen to media for an hour telling us to pay attention to this or that age, this or that race, this or that current event. Aaint nobody gonna heal themselves if that’s their focus. Namaste M and B
